Live from Crystal Bridges: Mozart in the Museum

-By Katy Henriksen

UPDATE If you missed the concert, stay tuned for details on an upcoming rebroadcast, but in the meantime, you can hear the opening piece from the show, as broadcast on Ozarks at Large, here.

"Overture to the Marriage of Figaro" performed by the Artosphere Festival Orchestra.

Since their arrival in mid-June, musicians of the 2013 Artosphere Festival Orchestra have performed in many settings including the Walton Arts Center, Thorncrown Chapel and Arsaga's at the Depot, where a chamber group just stopped by for a pop-up concert. Tonight, hear them live from Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as they perform Mozart's Violin Concerto No. 4 in D major and also his Symphony No. 40 in G minor for a night billed as "Mozart in the Museum." Tune in from 8 to 10 o’clock tonight for a special live broadcast on KUAF hosted by Kyle Kellams and myself.
