Spotlight on Live Music in New Series

We’ve started a new collaboration with Smoke & Barrel that allows us to record plugged-in sounds that we just can’t capture in the Firmin-Garner Performance Studio. It’s called Soundcheck @ Smoke & Barrel, in which Kyle Kellams and myself catch a few songs from bands as they load-in day of show and then interview them. Sophie Bauer, our in-house videographer, comes along to capture and edit each session on film. Watch this introduction video and keep a lookout for more to come on our sessions with Fossils of Ancient Robots and Damn Arkansan. We’ll also have the interviews and sessions edited for broadcast on Ozarks at Large.
