We'll talk to Gary Ritter, the director of the Office for Education Policy at the University of Arkansas about the report. Horizontal slickwater natural gas drilling flowback fluids not reused or recycled are pressure injected into the earth. Several such wells were shuttered last year in Faulkner County, linked to seismic activity.
