The deadline for graduating high school seniors to apply for the Arkansas Lottery Scholarship is this weekend. Congressman Tim Griffin wants to lower the top income tax rate for individuals and businesses. New lockage hours will go into effect next week along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System.
