Arkansas’ Fourth Congressional District, which used to be exclusively a southern Arkansas district, now extends much further north, reaching into the Ozarks and Madison County. This week, four of the six major-party candidates wanting to replace Congressman Mike Ross, met in Texarkana to tout their candidacies.
