Among many nonprofit events in the region this April will be Butterflies and Blooms benefitting Saving Grace, an organization that helps girls who have aged out of foster care.
We meet Tom Krohn, Arkansas Regional Coordinator for FrogWatch USA. Krohn hosts free workshops across the state, training citizen scientists to become certified frog listeners. The Walton Arts Center Council yesterday voted to move the Arkansas Music Pavilion to Rogers, near the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. WAC officials say that the move will open up more opportunities for the venue.
