Among many nonprofit events in the region this April will be Butterflies and Blooms benefitting Saving Grace, an organization that helps girls who have aged out of foster care.
We meet Tom Krohn, Arkansas Regional Coordinator for FrogWatch USA. Krohn hosts free workshops across the state, training citizen scientists to become certified frog listeners. This weekend Theater Squared will let curious people see four plays-in-progress as part of the annual New Play Festival. Sunday, each of the playwrights participated in a forum at the Fayetteville Public Library that Kyle Kellams moderated. This week we’ll hear highlights from each of the writers. Clinnesha Dillon Sibley’s script “Uprooted” will be the first play to be presented.
