Rural Community Alliance will use a portion of the funds for a community revitalization project in Southeast Arkansas. Jacqueline Froelich once again delves into the stacks of the Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History and pulls out an interview with the late Arkansas "Rockabilly" musician Dale Hawkins. The digitally taped interviews was conducted at Hawk's Nest Recording Studio in North Little Rock, January 16th, 2008 by Bob Cochran.
