Rural Community Alliance will use a portion of the funds for a community revitalization project in Southeast Arkansas. The Buffalo River Outdoor Center offers visitors a variety of outdoor activities such as canoeing, hiking, and mountain biking. Its newest offering is a canopy tour. Ozarks at Large’s Antoinette Grajeda recently visited the zipline course.
