The Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation recently awarded this rural advocacy organization a $175,000. Rural Community Alliance will use a portion of the funds for a community revitalization project in Southeast Arkansas. A New state law went into effect this week prohibiting smoking on public college campuses. And as Jacqueline Froelich reports, the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville began enforcing the "Campus Clean Air Act."
